You can book a sports massage with a professional, experienced practitioner for 30 min / 45 min / 60 min / 90 min. Our practitioners can focus on a specific muscle group with a 30 min session. However, to really enjoy the restorative benefits of your massage and fully recuperate and re-balance your body, we would recommend a 60 or 90 minute session.
