Ongoing training and support throughout the season
Manage bookings via our online booking system
Instant access to therapist diaries and availability
Liaise with our established network of partners
Provide a high level of customer service
General office admin
Necessary reporting, filing, data entry etc
what we need from you
The customer service we provide our clients is paramount, from bookings to after-care services. Our partners have certain expectations when they work with Massage Me, therefore we will ask for :

You can manage your work load and work independently
Adeptness at problem solving
Capacity to think on the spot and find good solutions
Tech Savvy
Confident with Microsoft packages, Google drive, project management tools and more

You see difficult situations as challenges to be overcome
Knowledge of local areas
Ability to read maps, estimate travel time, understand driving in the Alps and mountain roads
Fluent English
With good conversational French
